Driving Record

* Texas Driver Records are processed by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). We process all requests for Texas Driver Records by 3pm PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays.) The DPS then has up to 14 business days to process your driver record. Once the DPS processes your Texas driver record the DPS will ship it to you via the shipping option you select. Deliveries are not made on holidays or weekends. We are unable to issue refunds for Driver Record Service once your order has been processed.
